Aaron Pierce - CEO

Aaron Pierce got started in aviation in 2006 when he joined a volunteer organization that restored and operated UH-1H Huey helicopters for educational and veteran events. He gained valuable experience as a flight crew-member which eventually lead him to writing UAS policy & operations manuals.

He received his BA in English from Indiana University and is about to wrap up a MS in Geographic Information Science (GIS) and Remote Sensing. During his time in the GIS program, he also taught Earth Space science at the University of Indianapolis. Pierce interned in a PR role with Rally America while in college and later worked PR/Marketing for rally car teams, including leading a campaign to the X Games in Los Angeles.

As a volunteer EMT and security professional in college, he gained valuable experience working alongside EMS and law enforcement; including their aviation components. Pierce is also a professional photographer who has studied under Magnum/National Geographic photographers. He sits on the Stutz Artists Association (SAA) Board of Directors and oversees several collaborative projects with other organizations, including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Jerry Anderson - Lt. Col. USAF Ret.

Lt. Col. Anderson, USA, Ret. served a distinguished career with the Air Force and was an integral member of the Strategic Air Command during his time in service. He spent most of that time as a SAC pilot with 2000 hours in B-47 and 1900 hours in B-58 aircraft. During his service with SAC, he was assigned Chief of Academics and Senior Instructor Pilot in the nuclear weapon assigned 305th Bombardment Wing at Grissom AFB in Peru, IN. He also served as director of safety at Grissom AFB. His safety programs were adopted and implemented in other SAC facilities and greatly improved the safety and efficiency of SAC operations.

He completed one tour of duty in Vietnam flying C 123K aircraft while also serving as liaison to the Thai Air Force – a role in which he was awarded Royal Thai Air Force Command pilot wings. He was also the recipient of the Distinguished Flying Cross for his heroic actions in the emergency reconfiguration of his aircraft for medical evacuation while delivering fuel and supplies to a FOB. His actions saved the lives of two Free World Forces pilots from allied countries.

Patrick Armstrong - Vice President of Business Development, Resource Pro, LLC.

Patrick is Vice President, Business Development at ReSource Pro LLC, a leading business process management and operations advisory firm. His insurance career has spanned 25 years. He was Vice President and Principal of LV Toole Insurance for more than 15 years; and began his career as a reinsurance broker at PWS (USA) Inc., in New York.  Patrick earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the former College of Insurance (now St. John’s University) in New York City. He holds several professional insurance designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Headquartered in New York, ReSource Pro's nearly 3,000 employees provide insurance operations services to more than 275 insurance organizations from five delivery centers in China, India, and Lincoln, Nebraska. It has been recognized as an Inc 500/5000 Fastest Growing Private Company for 5 consecutive years.


Don Baldwin - President / CEO, Baldwin Aviation

In his three decades of general and global business aviation experience as Aviation Director for Coca-Cola and long-time flight department manager for Texaco®, Don devised countless creative ways to integrate services and software among the company's small, satellite flight operations to improve safety and standards. While serving as NBAA interim President and Chairman of the Board, Don became even more convinced that smaller flight departments require and deserve the same level of resources, services, and safety management as their larger counterparts. With the creation of Baldwin Aviation Safety & Compliance, safety management programs became available to all sizes of flight departments that weren't fortunate enough to have Texaco or Coca-Cola sized support. In 2010, Don was awarded certification in Aviation Safety & Security through the renowned University of Southern California - Viterbi School of Engineering program and is a Registered Safety Professional of the ISSP (International Society of Safety Professionals).  Besides chairing the NBAA Board and sitting on numerous NBAA committees, Don's industry involvement has also included positions on NetJets Advisory Board, FAA FOARQ Committee, Gulfstream Advisory Board, Signature Flight Support Advisory Board, and Embraer Advisory Board to mention a few.


Bill Cummings - President, Pathfinder Insurance

William H. Cummings (Bill) graduated with a BA in Economics at Brown University and then went on to serve as an officer in the Navy. He served as a deck officer aboard the destroyer USS Blandy and sailed the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Red Sea.

After serving in the Navy he continued his education at the Columbia School of Business in NYC where he graduated with an MBA in Finance and Marketing.

Bill then moved to Indianapolis started the Pathfinder Corporation in 1976. Pathfinder Insurance Training and Publishing is a leading insurance training school in the Midwest. Pathfinder has assisted hundreds of thousands of new agents in obtaining their Life & Health, Property & Casualty, and Securities licenses for over 40 years. Pathfinder writes premiere textbooks for L&H and P&C training, which are used by other licensing schools across the United States. Pathfinder also consults with major insurance companies and develops teacher guides and exam preparation programs.

Bill serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). He is also a commercial pilot and a certified flight instructor (CFI).


Ken Miller - Partner, DeveloperTown

Ken Miller is a partner at DeveloperTown where he leverages his 20+ years of enterprise IT and software experience with DeveloperTown's startup roots to help companies innovate and launch new products.  

During his previous tenure with MidwestISO, Mr. Miller, at MidwestISO, led the development and lifecycle management of the Energy and Market Systems Software supporting more than 130 gigawatts and $20 billion annual transactions in the wholesale bulk electric system. He successfully developed and constructed multiple mission critical data centers and IT systems supporting the operations of the control centers and markets.

Prior to MISO, Mr. Miller was chief technology officer of n|Frame, a provider of collocation, e-commerce, and business continuity services, including highly-availability and high-performance systems. As CTO, he was responsible for development of the next generation of products and services, as well the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the company.

During the 90's Mr. Miller served as Managing Partner and founder of DCC, an IT consulting practice. Mr. Miller directed the company’s enterprise communications practice, focusing on applying new data and telecommunications technologies to solve high-profile business challenges.

Throughout his career, Mr. Miller has served as author for many national publications and served on boards for technology trade shows, such as COMDEX and ITU, and IEEE.
